#13 request feature option to set OEM-name like "MSDOS5.0"

Hello,
the boot sector of CF-card formatted by my Cannon digital camera contains
the banner:"PwrShot ", although is a normal PC-DOS boot sector, which
have normally a name like "IBM 7.1".

Some banners in boot sectors look like "?????IHC", because the
Volume Tracker in Windows 95/98/SE/ME will overwrite the original OEM label,
if the medium is not write-protected (see
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Design_of_the_FAT_file_system ).

So i would be nice if ms-sys has an option to change the OEM name
( or called OEM-id or banner by mtools), that are 8 Bytes at offset 3.

This functionality is now implemented with the -O switch in ms-sys 2.5.2.
