Fixed typo

Avoiding some warnings. Now also compiles with older libc

Now ms-sys should compile cleanly also with a 2.6 Linux kernel based
distribution.

Updated documentation about -p switch

The -p flag now also writes a drive id of 0x80.

Now we have a flag for writing number of hidden sectors to a partition.
