An attempt to better point out the difference between Windows Disk Signature and
Signature ID.

ifdefing out unused code

Updated translation files.

Updated man pages with new switches.
Fixed description of FAT32 PE in identify.c.

Now using lowercase for all options not taking an argument.
Added a call to write_fat_32_kos_br.
Added a break to only write one BR for each option.

Changed entire program global variable ulBytesPerSector to be a file only
global variable in br.c.

Applied most of patch from Pete Batard at

support for Grub2 and Grub4Dos MBR, support for KolibriOS MBR and FAT32 boot
record, support for ReactOS MBR, FAT32 and FAT16 boot records, support for
Rufus MBR, experimental support for large sectors (bigger than 512).
However, did not yet change mbr_zero.h.

Updated man pages.
Rearranged help output lines.

Updated translation files with new OEM ID strings.

Implemented new feature, to write OEM ID to FAT and NTFS file systems.
