ms-sys Code

Using iso-8859-1 encoding as it gives smaller files than utf-8.

removing extra po file, gnu gettext seems able to translate between different
encodings.

Added swedish man page.

No line should be longer than 80 chars.

Replacing utf-8 characters with groff glyph names listed in the man page
of groff_char. This way the man page will look good with all encodings.

Now installing multiple man pages with support for more languages.

Added german man page, Makefile still needs to be updated...
