What does the Message window say about the conversion of audio (it should say something like converting from stereo, 2 channels, fltp, 44000 freq, to stereo, 2 channels, flt 44000 freq.)

Thanks. I was able to reproduce the problem on Windows with any stereo file. The Windows wave driver in mrViewer is buggy, but I don't have an ETA on a fix. It is turning to be a tad more difficult than I thought,

Stereo audio presents as mono audio. Quicktime, vlc, etc. play files correctly.

This has been fixed in v3.1.7. GIve it a go and let me know if problem persists.
