(See attachemed image) MrViewer sometimes displays these glitched frames when i scrub to random points on the timeline. I think it happens when the program isnt quite done buffering the video.
Platform? VIdeo codec used? FFmpeg version ( in About Window )? Resolution? Sample movie?
I am afraid those glitches may be an issue of ffmpeg with some codecs and as such, I may be unable to fix them.
