My Windows 11 is in german, and MrViewer decided to automatically use that language as well.
However i am unable to change the language in the settings: I've set it to english, and when i close and re-open the program it still shows as "English" on the dropdown, but all of the UI text will still be german.

It may be possible that Windows 11 has changed permissions on setting environment variables. If so, you will need to change the variable manually.
Go to the Start icon, select RMB->System. Go to Advanced Configuration of the System. Check the environment variables for you (your user name). You should have a LANGUAGE variable set to en.UTF-8. If it is missing or says something different, create it with New or Edit. Make sure it is:
LANGUAGE
en.UTF-8
Start mrViewer and it should show you the GUI in English. If it doesn't, let me know.
