MrTools Version 1.3 Released

MrTools (Multi Remote Tools) version 1.3 has been releases. this new version includes a lot of new features, bug fixes, and enhancments.

the biggest improvement is mrexec.pl's new ability to execute Perl scripts on remote host without the script ever touching the disk on the remote host.
