successful mrexec.pl of a python script

The version of mrexec.pl included with Mrtools versions 1.3 and 1.3.1 have succesfully been tested with a python script. The only caveat is the -o option does not work with python yet. Full python is planed with the next release. Also planed with the next release is ruby support. ruby should work now however it still needs to be tested and the -o option will need to be extended to handle ruby as well.
