MRSBS version 1.1.1 released

Version 1.1.1 of the Meeting Request Scheduling and Booking System (MRSBS) has been released. This is a proof of concept release of a system that allows a person to schedule a meeting with people who are not on the same (or any) calendaring system.

The system works by having the meeting host prepare an invitation, which is sent via email to the invitees, who then reply via a web page with their availability. Once all replies have been received, MRSBS selects the best available time, and the invitees are then notified with an RFC 2445 compliant iCalendar notification. ... read more

Demo Site Established

A demo installation of the Meeting Request Scheduling and Booking System (MRSBS) has been established. This installation is intended to allow people to see how the system works prior to downloading and installing it.
