#22 Process Invite Replies

MRSBS should support processing of replies (ie: "Event Accepted") from invitees. The process would look like

1. ics is sent out from reply@mrsbs.site,
possibly cc'd meeting organizer
2. Invitee accepts meeting, sending email
3. MRSBS processes email, looking for METHOD: REPLY,
the event UID, and the ATTENDEE PARTSTAT.
4. MRSBS updates the meeting record, so review of
the meeting shows who has confirmed attendance.

As an alternative to #2 and #3, the email in #1 could include a link back to MRSBS for confirming attendance.

This would require an inbound email gateway.
