#37 Adding message header to identify the Hotmail account

This patch contains the ammendments (as suggested) to
highlight in the message header which hotmail account
the message was downloaded from. A very useful feature
for those using MrPostman to download multiple Hotmail
accounts to a POP3 email server or client. (the server
VPOP3 in my case)

The only slight glitch is that new message header line
titles are in lowercase despite being specified in
mixed-case. Not a real problem, but probably deviates
from the official RFC specification.
