#38 WebCT POP3 client

I'm not submitting a file but I was hoping that it
might be implemented... A WebCT interface would be
completely priceless - here at UMD every single class
has a webct account set up for it and all I can do is
log in occasionally and see what's up. If there was
some way to have a client that pushed new announcements
and messages into my inbox, it would be golden.
