#106 Gmail broken in multiple parts

Hi,
first off, I'm a new Mr. Postman user, so I can't say
if the behaviour was always like this.
The gmail script produces the following for me:

- no attachments get downloaded
- no header (no from, to, subject, date)
- all messages that are from one threaf are all
appearing as one big message
