This is probably because your config settings are wrong, but if your server is running Windows it could be because there is also a bug in MRBS. Can you let me know
(1) Which version of MRBS you are running?
(2) Whether your server is running Windows or Linux?
(3) Which version of Excel and on what OS you are trying to open the file?
(4) What you have set for $csv_row_sep, $csv_col_sep, $csv_charset, $csv_bom, or whether you are just using the defaults?

4) Havent set anything so i asume its default
