Hi All,

I am facing an issue which seems very strange.

Working machine Setup
WAMP server Version : 2.1
PHP: 5.2.9-2
MYSQL:5.5.8
APACHE:2.2.17
MBRS Version:MRBS 1.4.5

Not Working Machine Setup:
WAMP server Version :2.0
PHP:5.2.9
MYSQL:5.5.20
APACHE:2.2.11
MBRS Version:MRBS 1.4.5

My main motive is to upgrade MRBS and enable some settings but before doing this we want to test it.
While I am trying copying the exsisting mrbs version code from working machine to the new machine and running the application it gives below error.

The database needs to be upgraded. Please backup your database before proceeding.

Upgrading to database version: 0
Warning: fopen(upgrade/0/mysql.sql) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\wamp\www\mrbs\upgrade.inc on line 41
Fatal error: Failed to open \'upgrade/0/mysql.sql\' for reading. Return to calendar view.

I tried to find the mysql version 5.5.8 but could not find it. Guessing the error is because of that.

Please help its a bit urgent.

Thanks and Regards
Raj

It's nothing to do with the MySql version. I suspecty it's probably because you haven't copied all the tables across properly. Have you got a variables table?

And what are the values of db_version and local_db_version in the variables table?

    Hi Campbell,

You are right about the tables, variable and user table not dispalying under the database. But Whne coppied they are coppied properly and files visible in the folder.

Just make sure you run the whole of tables.my.sql to create the database tables.
