Is it possible to setup email so when somone selects a checkbox it send a seperate email to another email address containing the booking information and which checkboxes have been selected.
Senario is The IT department are in charge of the laptops and projectors and setting the room when with that equipment. They need a notification email with the booking details. But I dont want them to get an email of every booking made that does not have a checkbox ticked as it does not need to go to them. I hope this all makes sence.
