Hi,

is it possible to warn the user, if he click on a date that is further then the allowed date to make reservations... the warnning only shows after the user fills all the info to make the reservation and that is annoying, it should be before

Thanks

The warning should be there immediately the user is sent to the edit_entry page, though it might not be obvious to the user because it's down at the bottom of the page by the Save button. They don't have to fill in all the info to make a booking.

It's not entirely clear to me how a warning would work though. The problem is that it's possible that a user hasn't logged in before clicking on a date, and so the system doesn't know yet whether they're alllowed to make a booking or not. I suppose the warning could only be made (or the cells made not clickable) if the user has already logged in.

Yes, but since I'm using this as a public system, for coleagues to reserve cars for doing services, the warning shows only at the end of the booking... but this is not relevant enough, a email to all users is enough to warn them.
But I leave this sugestion that may be implement in a future version.
    Thank you.

I've raised this as Feature Request 358.
