You can use the auth method "none", if you like. With this you still login as a user (and therefore meetings show who booked them), but you don't have to have a password at all. You can also combine this auth method with the "host" or "ip" session schemes, and remove logging in entirely. Admin privileges then need to be allowed by hostname or IP address though.
