We use your software at our school in Germany, Bavaria, and we would like to adjust the input mask for booking a room. Because of several licensing terms, we cannot adjust the source code ourselv. Would it be possible, to make the input form configureable, or, instead, add an possibility to link a custom css-sheet?
Thanks in advance,
D. Bayerl

I don't quite understand what your licensing terms could possibly be! It's a one line change to link in an external CSS sheet. If you can't make that change then presumably you cannot edit the config file either and can't run MRBS?!

Well it's not exactly a licensing problem with who owns the code, but the problem is, that the administrators of the mrbs-system are chaning a lot of times during the year; so if there would be an update, the change would probably get lost and no one would knew why. And then there would be trouble with who is reliable for the software-change.
The config-file is update-safe so that would be possible.

Well, it's just one line that you would need to add to style.inc. If you've already got a version control system such as Subversion in place then you could use that to manage your local changes. Otherwise, for just a one line change, you could probably manage by having some kind of README for your local administrators.
