#266 SQL error caused by incorrect quoting

I found these lines in my PostgreSQL log:

ERROR: column "56" does not exist at character 65
ERROR: column "-1" does not exist at character 69

This is caused by the double quotes around $id in view_entry.php, lines 154 and 168. Since $id is a valid integer, the quotes should be removed. Always use single quotes for non-numeric SQL literals.

Thanks for spotting this. Fixed in Rev 2706.
