#5 Feature: No 'Window' menu

The authoring tool does not have any 'Window' menu on
the main menu bar that lists the available
subwindows. Given that most of the authors will be
used to Microsoft Windows, and this is a standard UI
feature under Windows, the omission could be noted.

A minor niggle, I accept!
