#11 Missing angle-bracket in some @authors

Example: org.imsglobal.qti.dom.Default

The close tag for the mailto hyperlink is missing an
angle-bracket, which gives a somewhat untidy look to
the corresponding Javadoc.

This is present in a number of files - search for
[^<]/a> for the list.
