#1 Patch to support the new versions of pylibape

The pylibape changed both its name and APIs from that
used in the last stable mpyre version. The library is
now called ApeTag, and APIs changed a bit. This patch
allows mpyre to use both the old and the new library,
choosing the available one at startup.

The patch matches the last working version as sent me
by email from smokeslikeapoet. This could differ from
current downloadable version.

Patch created by using diff -C3 (three lines of context)

Apply patch using patch -p0 patchname.patch

Patch has been tested under Gentoo GNU/Linux, with the
following configuration:
