I created one project (attached file) in MSP and entered StandardRate of Resource1 as '$100000/yr'. I am using getStandardRateFormat() api to retrieve the StandardRateFormat of that particular user. But that api is always returning the 'null' value. This is happening only on .mpp file and in .xml file it is working fine.

Note: I tried this in both MSP 2003 as well 2007. In both the cases .xml is working fine and not the .mpp file.
