#307 TimeUnit.ELAPSED_PERCENT read incorrectly

The TimeUnit.ELAPSED_PERCENT of the pre-task is incorrect when reading the mpp file with MPPReader

In MPPUtity, the getDurationTimeUnits method case20 should be TimeUnit.ELAPSED_PERCENT
