File generated by sample MpxCreate.java failed to load in French MS Project. (with setLocale(Locale.FRENCH))
MPXJ version : 4.2.0
The error is the value in LocaleData_fr.java for entry LocaleData.NA. The correct value is "NC" instead "NA".

Used MSProject Version : 2007 SP2
In addition, priority field must be a value instead of a name (500 instead of medium for example).
