The default calendar used in the attached MPP is "Standard with Holidays".
When you open attached file in the MS Project - calendar hours are shown correctly 9.00-13.00, 14.00-18.00.
But when you try to retrieve "Stardard with Holidays" calendar properties in MPXJ the calendar hours are 8.00-12.00, 13.00-17.00.
That is wrong.

The most interesting feature is when you convert it to Planner format the calendar hours are shown correctly :)
