In the ResourceAssignment.getCalendar method, you are not checking whether the task associated with it is set to IgnoreResourceCalendar. Is this by design, or is it an oversight? Seems like the latter since you ARE doing the check in your AbstractResourceAssignmentFactory process method when getting the calendar to use when setting timephased data.
