which affects now 4 poeple over different Ubuntu versions(starting with
12.04 up to 13.04 development branch.

I am on Ubuntu12.04 64bit updated to 9.4.2012.
I have just tryed to start mpqc from console which causes this crash here.

Sure, calling mpqc without molecule infromation is not the way, but that
should not bring mpqc in a crashing state.
