build 7.159 is ready for testing

 

build 7.159 fixes all currently known problems with windows vista (i hope).

update your svn folders, upgrade nsis to 2.27 and also install my new
plugins pack (below).  after installing nsis, put plugins.exe in your nsis
folder and double click it...  select "overwrite all" if prompted.  after
that, run your mpp installer build tools.
