new version needs tested, stand-alone and thru portableapps menu

 

should work for both

 

also, re-installing a second time, in both cases - should be automatically
detected as an upgrade, profiles should not be affected

 

installer smaller, mirc.exe not included, will work identical to normal mpp
on 1st run

 

svn partially committed, i've sent it 3 times now, guess it's still trying
to update the files

 

still work to do for "mpp upgrade" detection, etc
