I believe my implementation of labelspace is as flexible as any developer
could desire. If a developer chooses to assign only one interface
per labelspace, so be it, my implementation will not stop them. If they
would like to add muliple interfaces to a labelspace, my implementation
supports it.
The current implementation is elegant in it's simplicity for handling
the global labelspace and hierarchy.
Is there some feature you are looking for that cannot be handle with the
current implementation?

Yes it is a bug. I have yet to have time in which to fix it.
