I want to test performance MPLS linux router compare with non MPLS linux
router.
does anyone ever test it??
give some advise pls ;)

There were some results posted to this list in the past.  No performance
testing has been done on the newer 1.9xx version which have significant
changes that will affect speed.

Couple things to note:
-You will never see a speed improvement on a LER<->LSR<->LER test
 compared to normal IPv4.
-You should see speed improvemtns for Many LERs connected to one LSR.
-Waw label switching should be faster then IPv4 routing (you would need
 a traffic generator that could create labeled packets.)

Any advice in such a type pf traffic generators ?
