[mpls-linux-general] wrong command in readme

if anyone cares.
There is a wrong commandline in the readme.hierarchy:

line Nr. 31 is:

On B:
mplsadm -A -I gen:101:eth0:ipv4:C

this should create an incominging label. Therefor must be :

mplsadm -A -O ........
