I would like to know if you are aware of any softwares that completely
support LDP-MPLS .
As a final year engineering project our aim is to develop an extension to
LDP to provide point-to-multipoint forwarding.

ldp-portable should provide you the framework you need to build on.
You will probably want to use it in combination with quagga-mpls, which
provides an environment integrated with routing protocols. At this time
a new release of quagga-mpls + ldp-portable is being prepared. I encourage
you to download the latest version from my development archive
(see http://mpls-linux.sf.net for more info).
Feel free to post questions about the code to this list.
