[mpls-linux-general] help with ds2exp

hi all
can someone guide me with the syntax for ds2exp option of mpls.
i tried 
'mpls nhlfe add key 0  instructions push gen 1000 nexthop eth2 ipv4 
10.107.23.210 ds2exp 0xFF 0x40 03'
and am getting error: 'Command line is not complete. Try option "help" '
