I suggest you take a step back and start with an unmodified version of quagga and get your OSPF routing working as you would like. You can contact the quagga mailing lists for detail about how to make this happen. Once you have quagga running and routing as you would expect, then add LDP to the mix and ask your LDP/MPLS related questions here.
