[mpls-linux-general] need help

 i have install my network MPLS
i use fedora 4 and kernel-2.6.15-1.1831_FC4mpls_1.950.i686.rpm
Now i want to define some 'Cos' in my network...  can i do that??  what is
the mechanism
and  do you know some tools to take measures (delay ; packet lost; flow...)
in linux
