You can download the FC4 RPM I have posted.  It is part of the 1.950 release
which is not officially released, but is very close. (you'll need to
go to the mpls-linux project page on sourceforge). If you choose to go
this route, then make sure to look at the examples posted in the mpls-linux
document area on sourceforge.
