A compiled version of quagga-mpls uses the ldp-portable source to
implement ldpd.  If you are usign pre-compiled binaried, then you
do not need to download ldp-portable.  If you are going to help with
fixing ldpd, then you will need the quagga-mpls and ldp-portable source fil=
es.
