Yes. The syntax of the global LDP command has changes from 'mpls ip' (which is what is in your sample) to 'mpls ldp'. I would suggest starting with a nearly empty ldpd.conf and configuring it via the ldpd CLI. There is a know issue with starting ldpd with a full config. The work around is to configure ldpd from scratch each time.
