OSPF-TE, ISIS-TE, and the M-BGP label information are part of the standard quagga distribution and were written by someone else. I suggest posting to the quagga mailing list for inquires regaurding them. The only quagga code that is specific to MPLS linux is the MPLS framework (LSR and forwarding info) and the non-working LDP implementation.
