The rsvpte directory was some work I started on, never completed.  I would
like to implement RSVP-TE on top of my portable LSR core, so that LDP and
RSVP-TE could sit side by side and use the same infrastructure.  I have the
beginings of packet encodes and decodes, nothing more.
