my l2cc-kernel can do ethernet/ppp over MPLS.  You will probably
want to follow that model.  What type of signalling do you plan on
using?  Martini?  If so I'm in the midst of a re-write of ldp-portables
FEC handling so it can deal with Martini FECs.
