[mpls-linux-general] timestamp on mpls packates

Hi James,

In my mpls topology, I am trying to measure the
protection switching time. For this I want to
timestamp the first packate as soon as it is sent 
through a perticular outgoing interface. 

How can this be done at easiest and quickest way?
