The short answer is that I don't know. The long answer is: -does syncppp require you to run pppd? If so, my guess is that it will be supported. -if syncppp doesn not run pppd, then what does the PPP negotiation? If it is some other userland app, or the kernel, then there is some more work that is needed before it will work.
