[mpls-linux-general] problem with compiling ldp_Linux

When I was compiling  the ldp-protable, it occured the following error:

/usr/bin/ld: port/ldp_linux.o: Relocation in generic ELF (EM:2)

port/ldp_linux.o: could not read symbols: File in wrong format

collected 2: ld returned 1 exit status

I dont know why? :-(

 what conditons will it need when compiling ldp_linux?

gcc version? or other ?
