Are you willing to do some developement?  Currently ldp-portable is
in need of work.  My guess is that what ever your trying to do, it
wan't beable to do it ... yet.  It would probably only take a little
bit of changes, but it will take a lot of work to know what those
changes are :-)

You can compile and run ldp-portable with out an underlying MPLS layer.  =
The
result will be that you will signal the setup of LSPs, but there will not
be any way of forwarding traffic on those LSPs.
