I maintain differnt kernel trees for each version, but you could just
un-apply the first patch (mpl-linux1.0), then apply the second patch
(mpls-linux-1.128) or you could try 'interdiff' a program developed
by redhat I think.

To un-apply a patch do:

patch -R -p1 < patch
